How do you cancel or change an email in an automatic scheduled report?

Thanks for posting in this forum, Mike530. To cancel your scheduled report, you can turn it off in the Reports section. If you need to change the email address the report is sent to, you can modify the Send to information. I'll be glad to walk you through the steps to accomplish both tasks.

To cancel it, here's how: 

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account. 
2. On your left navigation panel, go to the Reports section, and select Custom reports.
3. Find your report name, then click the dropdown beside the Edit button.
4. Click the View all schedules dropdown, then click the schedule report to open.
5. On your lower right screen, navigate to the Save and turn on dropdown, then select Save and turn off.

To change the email address, here's how: 

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. On your left navigation panel, go to the Reports section, and select Custom reports.
3. Find your report name, then click the dropdown beside the Edit button.
4. Click the View all schedules dropdown, then click the schedule report to open.
5. Scroll down until you reach the How would you like this action to happen? section. 
6. Update the information in the Send to field.
7. Once done, click Save.
