How i can find the comparative trial balance?

Hello Khalid. Currently, there isn’t a Comparative Trial Balance report you can run in QuickBooks. As a workaround, customise and run the Trial Balance report separately for each previous year and compare them in a spreadsheet.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports in the left menu, then select Standard reports.
2. In the Type report name here box, search for Trial Balance.
3. Click Customise.
4. Under Report period, set the date range to the first year (e.g., 1/1/2024-12/31/2024).
5. Hit Run report.
   
6. Repeat these steps for the second year.

Export both reports to a spreadsheet by clicking the Export icon (the upward arrow) and selecting Export to Excel.
