How to add bank details in statement

Hi @sooraj5983-gmail,

 

I'm glad to see you posting in the Community about customer statements. I can share some steps to help you add the information in QuickBooks Online.

 

Currently, a direct way to include bank details is unavailable. As a workaround, I recommend customizing the Standard template in the Custom form styles section.

 

You can add extra details to the footer text of the template. The info you'll be adding will reflect in the statements.

 

Please follow these steps, which include screenshots for your visual reference:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Custom form styles under Your Company.
  3. Find the Standard (default) template.
  4. Press Edit below the Action column.
  5. Go to the Content tab and click the Pencil icon at the bottom-right corner.
  6. Add the bank details below Add footer text.
  7. Hit Done.
  8. Open a customer statement.
  9. Scroll-down and view the footer section.
