How to customize a report

I'd be glad to share the steps with you on how you can customise a report, userebead.


Can you also tell us the name of the report that you want to customise? Generally, you can customise most of the reports in QB by clicking the Customise button in the upper-right hand corner. Then, go to each of this section to add filters or columns to the report: 

 

  • Filter section: Select which customers, accounts, suppliers, accounts, and products appear on the report.
  • General section: Change things like the accounting method, reporting period, and number format.
  • Rows/Columns section: Choose which rows and columns appear on the report.
  • Header/Footer section: Decide what appears in the header and footer.
