How to get more than 12 months Trial balance

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @sooraj-gdsmiddle. It's necessary that you can run the Trial Balance, and I'll teach you how to filter it so that you can get a custom report.

Click Reports from the left navigation menu, then look for the Trial Balance or other reports. You'll notice fields where you may input a date range on top of the report once you've pulled it up. For your convenience, I've included a screenshot below. To view monthly and yearly data, you can custom select the date.

You can export to excel for the retained earnings and expenses manually to help you customize and manage the data.

Additionally, if you want to know how to customize reports in specific ways. Check this article for your guide.

Please feel free to ask any queries you may have. I'll be ready to help.
