How to print report in Multi currency

We're happy to have you here in the Community space.

Before digging deeper into your concern, know that for you to be able to print any report with USD currency on it, you'll need to ensure that the customers and transactions you have inside your company are using the USD currency. This way, when you run and print a business report, you'll see records of transactions made with USD. Otherwise, you'll only see your home currency and other foreign currencies that you've used inside the program.

If you don't have any customers set in USD, you'll want to create one and then use it in your transactions. We'll be attaching screenshots to show you the result of this method but before anything else, these are the steps to run a report that will show you the amount in USD:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
  3. In the Search bar, enter Transaction List by Customer.
  4. Utilize the Filter option to show transactions in specific period.

If you see the amounts in USD, you can proceed to print the report. Here's how:

  1. Inside the report, click the Printer icon beside the Export icon.
  2. Review the data, and then once you're ready. Click the Print button.

Additionally, we'd recommend checking these articles to help you modify and add more details to your business report as well as emailing or exporting your reports outside QBO:
