Hi there, @Fine-JEWELS. I'd be glad to help you pull up a monthly statement for your cash transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It seems you’re looking to view all your cash activity for a specific month, similar to a bank statement. To do this, you can run an Account QuickReport from the Chart of accounts.
- Navigate to the Gear icon, then Chart of accounts.
- Find your cash account, then click the Account history dropdown under the ACTION column.
- Select Run report.
- Set the Report period to This month.
- You can also Customise the report to include or exclude certain details.
On another note, if you're looking for a more comprehensive report with detailed information across multiple accounts, let's pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report under the Reports menu.
- In the Reports page, enter Transaction Detail by Account in the search field.
- Adjust the Report period to This month.
- Personalise the filters to focus on cash accounts, bank accounts, or any other accounts relevant to your need.
