how to take monthly statement report for cash book

Hi there, @Fine-JEWELS. I'd be glad to help you pull up a monthly statement for your cash transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

It seems you’re looking to view all your cash activity for a specific month, similar to a bank statement. To do this, you can run an Account QuickReport from the Chart of accounts.

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon, then Chart of accounts.
  2. Find your cash account, then click the Account history dropdown under the ACTION column.
  3. Select Run report.
  4. Set the Report period to This month.
  5. You can also Customise the report to include or exclude certain details.

On another note, if you're looking for a more comprehensive report with detailed information across multiple accounts, let's pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report under the Reports menu.

  1. In the Reports page, enter Transaction Detail by Account in the search field.
  2. Adjust the Report period to This month.
  3. Personalise the filters to focus on cash accounts, bank accounts, or any other accounts relevant to your need.

Don't hesitate to Reply below if you have further questions. I'm here to help.
