I wish to get class-wise accounting

Welcome to the Community space, ganesh-v-novopay.

I understand the value of having class-based accounting software for your business. I'll share some information about the class feature in QuickBooks Online.

The class tracking system is a useful management tool. You'll have the option to turn on the class feature to create and assign classes to the transactions. This allows you to keep track of account balances by department, business office or location, distinct properties you own, or any other important business breakdown.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
  2. Click Advanced, then select the Categories section to edit.
  3. Checkmark Track classes.
  4. You can also select the box that states Warn me when a transaction isn't assigned a class. This is optional, but it's good to turn on, so when you look at reports, you know everything got classified.
  5. Under Assign classes, choose either One to entire transaction or One to each row in transaction.
  6. Hit Save, then Done.

For more details, you can read this article: Turn on class tracking in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, I've also added this resource to learn about running reports by class in QuickBooks Online for future reference: Run reports by class.

You can count on me if you have more questions about the class feature. Take care and have a good one.
