Hello @ahmedhashim,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can provide some clarification about the A/R Aging Summary report.

Customers with zero balance will still show in the report if the sub-customers linked to it are non-zero (see screenshot below). It will reflect regardless of the changes to the rows/columns and number format.

If you're referring to the main and sub-customer with zero balance showing in the report, there are steps that you can follow. When making the changes, please make sure to hit Run report to apply them to the new data.

If the problem persists, then I suggest performing some browser troubleshooting steps to help isolate and fix the issue. You can start with signing into your account through an incognito window.

It'll allow you to access QuickBooks without using cookies. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

If it fixes the issue, I suggest you proceed with clearing the cache. There are times too much data can accumulate over time and cause issues when using QuickBooks. However, I recommend using other supported browsers if the issue persists.

For additional reference, I've attached some articles you can use to learn more about how to customise reports, as well as exporting them to Excel:
