Currently, there is no automatic refresh setting or option for reports in QuickBooks Online. Reports do not refresh automatically on a schedule or continuously in the background. Let me explain this below.
When you change filters, date ranges, or columns, the report automatically updates with the new criteria; no manual refresh needed. However, to see newly added transactions or data changes made after opening a report, you need to manually click the refresh button or re-run the report.
