Thanks for sharing your concern in the QuickBooks Community page, @steven lim.
Sometimes too much cache accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This can be the reason why you're unable to open the journal entry report.
I'd suggest following the recommended troubleshooting steps mentioned by Fiat Lux - ASIA. That way, we can fix the issue.
To open an incognito or private browser, follow these steps:
If you're able to access the report, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
We don't have the available phone numbers to contact QuickBooks Philippines support. You can connect with them through our Help (?) option.
In case you need to modify your journal entries, you can browse this link to help you with the process: Reverse or delete a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.
