Hi,

Is there a way we can view Profit and Loss per Project only and not for all customers?
We only want to limit the data to all projects only since we want to study them each. Currently I can do this, however, the data for all customers are there also, so it makes the report confusing.

Thank you in advance!

I'd be glad to help you get the project reports that you need, Koizumi008.

You can run the Profit and Loss by Customer report. Then, customize it so you can only the projects that you want to be part of the report. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and look for Profit and Loss by Customer.
  2. Click the Customize button in the upper-right hand corner.
  3. Proceed to the Filter section and click on it to see more options.
  4. Click the box for Customer, then the boxes for customers or project that you want to see in the report.
  5. Select Run report

Additional details about removing or adding data in the reports are discussed here: Customise Reports in QuickBooks Online.

Consider to have the Business Intelligence app to integrate with QBO.
