Hi there, Adnan. The reason you don't see a Journal entry (JE) icon on the Import data page is that QuickBooks Online (QBO), including the Plus version, doesn't support importing JE via the standard import tool. However, there's an alternative method for importing them into your QBO.
You can import JEs using Excel CSV files. To do this, create a new Journal entry and select Import in the upper right corner. You can then drag and drop your CSV file onto the grid or upload it to complete the import process.
Please ensure that your file contains accurate details before importing it into QBO.
