QuickBooks provides two data export options, smuhammadilyas. I'm more than happy to walk you through them so you can export your Working Trial Balance without any hassle.
You'll find that option on the Reports page where you have three choices for exporting. Alternatively, you can hop over to the Settings or Gear icon, which lets you export to Excel. I'll show you the process below.
On the Reports page:
- Select Reports from the left menu.
- In the search field, type Trial Balance.
- Set the date range and customise filters if needed.
- When you're ready, click on Run report.
- On the Trial Balance sheet, select the export icon drop-down menu.
- Choose your preferred destination from the list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
In the Settings:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Export data.
- In the Reports section, set your desired date range and toggle the switch for Trial Balance.
- Once ready, click the Export to Excel button.
In addition, by using the Save customisation feature, you can quickly run the same report with filters already applied.
