It seems that I can customize a Customer Statement on desktop version but not the Global version. I need to customize Statement Header, but I am not able to do anything.

There is no Lists>Templates so I can customize the Customer Statement in the Header, that is only it seems on the Desktop version, please include in the Internet version.

I see how convenient it would be to customize the Customer Statement layout to better fit your workflow, Carolyn.

 

While this option isn't currently available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can submit a feature request to our development team. This helps us consider adding the ability to customize or modify statement templates in future updates.

 

Here's how to submit feedback:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon (⚙) and choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product requests.
  3. Select Next to submit.

As a workaround, you can download the customer statement as a PDF and use an external PDF editing tool to customize the header before sending it to the customer.
