Require data schema diagram (ER diagram) to build custom reports using Power BI

Hello, @nagaharsha-ha-to.

Let me share some information that can help you with creating custom reports using Power BI.

You can reach Customer Support for Power BI to ask for further guidance on how to build custom reports.

In the meantime, you can run your reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) from the Reports menu on the left panel. Then, customise it based on your needs. Check out this article for more information: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online. This will show you how to generate and save it.

Here's also an article that'll show you specific ways to customise your reports to fit your specific needs: Common custom reports in QuickBooks Online. That will make several filters that make reports easier to read.

I'm always here if you need further help to create custom reports in QBO or anything else, by leaving a reply below. Keep safe and have a great rest of the day!

Require data schema diagram (ER diagram) to build custom reports using Power BI

@MJoy_D Thanks for your reply
I need this in Power BI as we are integrating data from multiple sources, custom reports within QB will not help me

Have tried to reach Customer Support, they couldn't help me much

However, I did model the data I got from QB, one thing I didnt find is Expense.

Any idea about this?

Likewise BILL/JOURNEL/INVOICE, it doesnt have any document numbers? cant understand why and cant find this data

If you can direct me to your technical team, it would be really helpful
