Sir can i talk to qb assistant for my problem of export excel sheet Enable value cannot open exact qty of value please

Hello rajesh-anand!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm here to help you and ensure that you can export the data correctly.

When you run a report and export it to Excel, the data on the report is the exact same data that will be exported. You'll want to make sure that you filter the report properly to ensure accuracy. You can check the steps in this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, you'll want to make sure that you're using an updated Excel version.

If this behavior persists, you'll want to use an incognito window and export the report from there. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error.

These are some of the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Also, you'll want to clear the cache and make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can fix any browser-related issues.

With regard to our Support Team, you can follow these steps if you still need to talk to them:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Export to Excel".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose a way to connect.

I added some links you can check if you need help on how to add and edit inventory items in QuickBooks Online:

You're more than welcome to reply here if you have other concerns regarding your reports. Would like some assistance on other areas in QuickBooks? Let me know and I'll lay down a guide or two.
