You've got me here to provide clarifications on why you're unable to find the Supplier Transaction Detail Report in QuickBooks Online.
At this time, there isn't a specific report that contains the supplier's transaction details. The system only provides the Purchases by Supplier Detail and Transaction List by Supplier.
However, if you want to pull up a report that contains transaction detail of your suppliers by the account you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report and customise it with the supplier's data.
To do that:
- Click on Reports at the left pane.
- Look for Transaction Detail by Account in the search box.
- Select the Report period.
- Hit on the Customise button at the top.
- Tick on Filter.
- From there choose the necessary data that you need to pull up your suppliers transaction detail.
- Tap on Run report at the bottom.
