Where is sales & Deposit report

Assisting you in running a report that'll show sales and deposits is my goal, @Goel1.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are a variety of reports that we can run to keep up with the financial standing of our business.

When it comes to viewing the sales and deposits, we can run the Transactions List by Date report. To be able to focus on Deposits and Sales transactions only, we need to filter the report. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the Find reports by name section, type Transaction List by Date.
3. Click on Customize located in the upper-right part of the report page.
4. Click on the Filter dropdown.
   
   
    
5. Make sure to put a checkmark in the Transaction Type box.
6. Click on the Transaction Type dropdown and make sure to select Deposit and a sales-related transaction such as Sales Receipt or Payment.
7. If you want other data to be shown, be sure to put a checkmark beside it.
8. When done, click on Run report.

On the other hand, you can also run separate reports. For the deposits, you can run the Deposit Detail report, and for sales, you can either run the Sales by Product/Service Detail, Sales by Customer Detail, and such. Just type "Sales" as your keyword in the Find report by name section and all the available reports about sales will display.
