How can we add TDS receivables, GST TDS and Security Deposit all of there as separate transactions?

Thanks for reaching out to us, mskumarsanjay03-.

Yes, those are two separate transactions. The GST TDS is the amount payable by the receiver for the goods/services. While the security deposit is a fund treated as a liability that doesn't belong to you until it's used to pay for services.

If you want to add TDS receivables, you'll have to enable TDS for your customer. I'll show you how.

These are the steps for new customers:

  1. Click the Sales menu.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. Choose New.
  4. Enter the necessary information.
  5. Click the Tax info tab, then fill in the customer PAN and the rest of the information.
  6. Ensure the Apply TDS for this customer box is selected.
  7. Once done, hit Save.

Here's how for existing customers:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Click Customers at the top.
  3. Select the name of the customer for whom you want to enable TDS and select Edit.
  4. In the customer information pop-up, select the Tax info tab and enter the PAN number and select the TDS Applicable checkbox.
  5. Hit Save.

For a complete guide, you can read this article: How to set up TDS.
