Just to confirm, is the bank URL you provided the one you typically use to log in and view your AMEX Germany account transactions? After testing the URL, it appears this bank URL is not supported in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If your bank isn’t listed, QBO will display the following message: "We can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of providers." In such cases, you can submit a request to add your bank to the list of supported providers in the future.
