I have set up a tax agency for SRA VAT tax. When I added the tax rates it is only showing tax on sales. How do I make this that it is tax on sales and tax on purchases?

This can happen if the box for This tax is collected on purchases was not selected upon setting up the sales tax. Please see this sample screenshot for reference:

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start an email.
