Welcome to the Community space,
Let me provide you with the necessary information for managing your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
First, may I ask if you're trying to deduct the tax services and the personal income tax on your invoices, or do you want to include the taxes on your invoice without deducting them?
If you want to add both taxes on your invoices, you can consider creating a Custom tax rate. Then, combine it using the Group rate.
Here's how:
On the other hand, if you want to deduct the taxes on your invoices, you can consider creating a line item.
Here's how:
After creating a line item for both of your taxes, manually calculate the amount and enter it as negative in the invoice.
Moreover, I'm adding this article as your reference in editing your tax rates in QBO: Edit tax rate in QuickBooks Online.
Return to this post if you have other concerns about managing your invoices and entering your taxes in QuickBooks Online. I'll be here to lend a hand.
