Thanks for reaching out. When you mentioned a payment voucher, were you referring to a customer invoice payment receipt? Please know QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't show the total at the bottom by default.
However, you can consider producing a Transaction list statement instead that shows both the total customer payment amount and their cleared balance.

On the other hand, if you are referring to a supplier's Remittance Advice, the total payment amount is already displayed at the bottom by default.
