Assurez-vous que l'extension du fichier corresponde bien à son format. Un fichier Excel doit avoir une extension telle que .xlsx ou .xls.
Par ailleurs, utilisez l'outil de réparation intégré d'Excel pour corriger les fichiers corrompus en suivant ces étapes:
- Dans Excel, allez dans Fichier et sélectionnez Ouvrir.
- Parcourez vos dossiers pour trouver le fichier et sélectionnez-le.
- Cliquez sur la flèche à côté du bouton Ouvrir.
- Cliquez sur Ouvrir et réparer.
Ensuite, exportez à nouveau les informations. Si le problème persiste, modifiez les autorisations d'accès au fichier. Voici comment faire :
- Faites un clic droit sur le fichier et sélectionnez Propriétés.
- Allez dans l'onglet Sécurité et cliquez sur Modifier.
- Ajoutez « Tout le monde » et accordez les autorisations de contrôle total.

Aside from that, use the Excel built-in repair tool to fix corrupted files by following these steps:
- In Excel, go to File and select Open.
- Browse to the file location and choose the file.
- Click the arrow next to the Open button.
- Press Open and Repair.
Next, export the information again. If you still get the same result, change group permissions for the file. Here's how:
- Right-click on the file and tap Properties.
- Go to the Security tab and click Edit.
- Add Everyone and give full control permissions.
- Press Apply and OK.
