Saudi Arabia Electronic Invoicing & VAT New Regulations

I'm here to address your electronic invoicing and new VAT regulation concerns in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @qais sami.

I know the importance of using an invoice that's meeting the new requirements for electronic invoicing and VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia. However, the structure of the specified invoice template isn't yet available in the system.

QuickBooks always aims to comply with your country's tax regulations and find ways to cope with your business's needs. With this, I encourage you to check out for an add-on service (third-party application) that can integrate with QBO to comply with the new invoice regulation.

In the meantime, I'm adding this article to learn more about the QBO system's invoicing feature can do: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online. It includes details about enhancing your invoices by personalising their contents.

Afaik, the technical requirement is not finalized yet. We asked our QBO clients in KSA to wait until October 2021 to monitor the situation and consider their options later.
