Hello QB Team,
Saudi Arabia started informing all businesses to apply their new regulations for electronic invoicing & VAT. We need to know if you have at your product milestones, otherwise we have to develop it in-house which is a complex system to handle.

I'm here to address your electronic invoicing and new VAT regulation concerns in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @qais sami.
I know the importance of using an invoice that's meeting the new requirements for electronic invoicing and VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia. However, the structure of the specified invoice template isn't yet available in the system.
QuickBooks always aims to comply with your country's tax regulations and find ways to cope with your business's needs. With this, I encourage you to check out for an add-on service (third-party application) that can integrate with QBO to comply with the new invoice regulation.
In the meantime, I'm adding this article to learn more about the QBO system's invoicing feature can do: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online. It includes details about enhancing your invoices by personalising their contents.
Let me know if you have follow-up concerns about this or should you need anything else. I'll be around to help, @qais sami.
hope you are doing well. Any update about this topic? How we can find a professional QuickBooks Developer in the Middle East to help us and develop a custom App to support the Saudi new digital invoicing regulations? thank you
Hello @qais sami,
We have separate support who can better address your concern about application integration in QuickBooks Online. I'd recommend contacting our Developer Team and start a new interaction with the question you've inquired about here.
In the same manner, I've also included this reference for updates from our developers: Developer Support Blog.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments. I'll be here to lend a hand. Take care ad stay safe!
