I'll show you a report that displays the total taxable and GST amounts.
You can use the Tax Liability Report to see the total taxable amount from your transactions. It will also show you the GST amount in a separate column.
Simply go to the Reports page, then search for Tax Liability Report in the search box.

If you need a more specific report for your taxes, there are a wide range of GST-related reports in QuickBooks.
Go to the Taxes page, open the View reports drop-down menu, then select a specific GST report.
