I'd be happy to share information on how to manually add transactions in QuickBooks Online.

There are several ways of entering bank transactions. You can do it by clicking the Plus icon at the top, through the register, or on the transaction screen.

However, if you'd want to manually add transactions, you can use our WebConnect feature.
