After months of no issues, my Quick books and bank are now not connected. It keeps saying "try again in an hour". I've been trying for over 48 hrs. I've tried reconnection and attempted to add the bank account again. any tips? has anyone else had this?

Thanks for doing some initials troubleshooting steps. We'll help you check to see what's happening with your connection. Is there an error code along with the message?

 

You can check your bank's website as well to see if they have announcements about any updates on their server that may have affected their online banking service. If there's non, please contact our Support team so they can gather more data about the issue.

 

You can also download your transactions in a CSV file and upload them to QBSE, so you can continue working on them.
