Thanks for your reply. It wasn't working in the Quickbooks windows application, but when I ran Quickbooks in Firefox it reconnected and is working again. I've had this problem before with the QBO app on Windows so I should have thought of it...
I have steps to help fix this situation, AGinOz.
You can manually update your account. This helps resolve any banking errors.
If you receive an error message or code, refer to this article: Fix banking errors.
If the new website that you're referring to has a different URL, you'll want to disconnect and reconnect your account using the new URL.
To reconnect, check this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know if you have other concerns about bank feeds. I'm always here to help.

I have a related issue and I thought of asking about it here as it is the closest thread I could find to it. I recently joined QB coming from a competitor's platform. I have 4 bank accounts with AMP. 2 under a different legal entity names. In AMP I access them through the same username and pasword. When I attempt to setup my bank feeds only 2 appear (loan and offset accounts). The other 2 I am after don't show up (cash and saver). In the previous product I used I had no issues and all 4 worked fine. Can anyone suggest a potential solution to this? Should I contact QB or AMP? Thanks
