Thanks for your reply. It wasn't working in the Quickbooks windows application, but when I ran Quickbooks in Firefox it reconnected and is working again. I've had this problem before with the QBO app on Windows so I should have thought of it...

I have steps to help fix this situation, AGinOz.

You can manually update your account. This helps resolve any banking errors.

  1. Go to the Banking tab and select Banking.
  2. Choose the correct account and select Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update. You must enter these credentials within 2 minutes of being prompted.

If you receive an error message or code, refer to this article: Fix banking errors.

If the new website that you're referring to has a different URL, you'll want to disconnect and reconnect your account using the new URL.

  1. Click the Edit (pencilicon on the right of the bank name.
  2. Choose Edit account info.
  3. Check the Disconnect this account on save box.
  4. Click Save and Close.

To reconnect, check this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have other concerns about bank feeds. I'm always here to help.

Bank feed from AMP Bank no longer working, I suspect it is because they now have a new website. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I have a related issue and I thought of asking about it here as it is the closest thread I could find to it. I recently joined QB coming from a competitor's platform. I have 4 bank accounts with AMP. 2 under a different legal entity names. In AMP I access them through the same username and pasword. When I attempt to setup my bank feeds only 2 appear (loan and offset accounts). The other 2 I am after don't show up (cash and saver). In the previous product I used I had no issues and all 4 worked fine. Can anyone suggest a potential solution to this? Should I contact QB or AMP? Thanks

Hi there, Feras Abou Moghdeb .

Thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community.

The transactions downloaded to QuickBooks Online will depend on the information shared by your bank.

I suggest contacting your bank to verify which accounts you are allowed to access. They can also give additional information about what is happening to your bank.

You may check this article to learn how QBO process your bank and credit card accounts to download your recent transactions: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.
