Thanks for reaching out. What happened after you've initiated the new bank feed in QuickBooks? If the ANZ feed does not connect with 24 hours of having been established I recommend disconnecting from both sides and starting again.

If you see a Pending connection on both ends and/or it shows as Connected but is not drawing transactions please contact the Support Team.
