Has anyone had issues setting up direct bank feeds for CBA

I have tried twice and both times i have received this error message. The address and signatures on your direct feeds form didn't match your bank's records. Any ideas on who to speak to?

Hi Axion Sec,

 

This error usually indicates that the information you provided on your forms does not match with the information your bank holds and as such, the bank will deny the direct feed application. As a first step I would recommend contacting your bank to confirm you have the correct details on file and that signatures are held with them for your accounts. If you believe all the information entered on to the forms matches what is held with your bank, you can contact our Support Team here to investigate further as they will need to bring up your account details and escalate as required. You can also reach them by:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the required information.
