How do I delete a deposit entry made 2 times?

Let me guide you on how to delete a duplicate deposit entry created in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to:

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Chart of accounts.
2. Find the bank account you put the deposit into and select Account history.
3. Search for the bank deposit and select it to get more details.
4. Select Delete.

That's it. You've deleted the duplicate deposit. You can also run a Deposit detail report in your Reports tab to view Deposits created for a specific period.
