How do I unadd an account. I've accidentally added all my accounts instead of just my business one oops

Good day, literacylion19.

 

We'll make sure that you only have the right accounts added in QBO. No worries, I'll share the steps with you on how to remove bank accounts. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and proceed to the Banking tab.
  2. Look for the personal account that you want to remove, then click on it.
  3. Click the Edit or Pencil icon in the upper-right hand corner of the account.
  4. Click Edit account info.
  5. Check the box for Disconnect this account on save
  6. Click Save and close

If it's not connected to Online Banking, follow these steps on how make it inactive in your Chart of Accounts:

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts
  2. Look for the personal account that you want to remove.
  3. Click the drop-down list beside View register, then select Make inactive
  4. Click Yes
