Transactions are sent to QuickBooks the following weeknight, after your bank processes them. They are sent nightly from Monday to Friday.
You can see more details on how often your transactions are downloaded in this article: QuickBooks Direct feed.
In the meantime, we can try using a private browser or incognito mode. Then, manually update your bank feeds again. This is to test if your bank transactions will be updated.
Alternatively, try using a different browser such as, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari to check if the same happens.
