I have just set up QB and loaded my bank feed. I have also set QB to transfer my data from xero which also have my bank records. Should I delete the loaded bank feed?

If your data was already transferred from Xero to QuickBooks Online (QBO), yes! You can exclude then delete the loaded bank feeds to avoid duplicates.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Go to the Banking menu at the left pane. then Banking.
2. On the For Review tab, put a checkmark on the transactions you want to exclude.
3. Click the Batch Actions drop-down, then pick Exclude Selected.

 

Once done, they will be transferred to the Excluded tab. To delete them, here's how:

 

1. Go to the Excluded tab.
2. Put a checkmark on the transactions.
3. Click the Batch Actions drop-down again and choose Delete.
