If you are referring to bank transactions imported from your Bank Feeds, I suggest logging into your bank's website to review the transactions for the specific account. If the transactions are also incorrectly recorded there, it indicates a problem with your bank. In that case, you'll need to contact them to have the issue resolved.

 

However, if the transactions are displaying correctly on your bank's website, I suggest contacting our Live Support Team for assistance. By contacting them, we can access your account details and investigate the issue you're experiencing. Our team has the resources to determine any discrepancies and provide you with the necessary support to resolve the problem effectively.

 

Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Choose the Search tab and hit Contact Us.
  3. Key in a description of your concern and then click Continue.
  4. Choose how you want to connect with us:
    • Callback: We'll save your spot in line and call you back.
    • Chat: Start a conversation.

 

You can also check out their support hours to determine their availability.

 

On the other hand, if you're referring to a transaction you manually entered into the program, we can go to the Bank Register of the account in question, locate the specific transaction, and make the necessary adjustments instead.
