Irregular bank feeds every 2 weeks is this the norm..

I'll share details that can help with your concern about online banking, maags1950-gmail-.

The Bookkeeping menu is located in the left-hand corner (in between Dashboard and Banking). You might see Banking menu instead of Bookkeeping in your account. The UI terms are different in other QBO accounts, depending if it's already or not.  

Then, proceed to the Banking tab. From there, click the Update button in the upper-right hand corner. 

Just in case you will get an error, click the link below that corresponds to the code that you're getting:

• Error 102 and 105
• Error 103
• Error 106
• Error 324
• Error 185
• Error 108
• Error 101
• Error 192
• Error 109

Once done, check if new transactions are already downloaded.
