Thanks for posting your concern in the Community space, @info-poundpaws-c.

 

You'll want to contact your bank and verifying of any updates. It could be there's a maintenance issue that affects the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. There, one of their live agents can look into your account and provide you with the best fix.

 

In the meantime, you can upload your transactions to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Sign in to your Bank website and follow the instructions to download the file as QBO, .CSV, or .QFX (maximum file size 350KB).
  2. Ensure to download only those transactions that haven’t been downloaded to your account to avoid duplicates.
  3. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu in your QBO account.
  4. Select Upload transactions or Upload from file.
  5. Click the Drag and drop or select files box and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  6. From the QuickBooks account drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then click Continue.
  7. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Continue
  8. Select the transactions you would like to import and click Continue
  9. Click Yes to import the transaction and Done
