An error 108 means that there's a message on your bank's website that requires action from you. To resolve this, you'll need to sign in to your bank's website and either dismiss or act on all notifications. However, if you don't see any notifications, disable your pop-up blocker.
In your case, since you've already acknowledge and update bank account in QuickBooks Online, for me to be able to give you the right amount of information and solution to fix the issue, may I ask what specific bank account you're referring to?
