NAB Direct Feed stopped working, was working 7 days ago. "Banking" screen of QB shows 'last updated 20 hours ago' but has missing transactions from a week ago. Help?

NAB Direct Feed stopped working, was working 7 days ago. "Banking" screen of QB shows 'last updated 20 hours ago' but has missing transactions from a week ago. Help?

Hi, dennis-chan.

 

The issue might have been caused by some characters in the banking file which cannot be interpreted by our banking system. This can stop your transactions from downloading automatically. To fix this, let’s update your bank feeds manually by clicking the update button. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu. 
  2. Select the Banking tab. 
  3. Click Update at the upper right corner. (If it’s showing File upload, click the drop down arrow and select Update.)

If the same issue continues, I’d recommend contacting our support team. They have extra tools like screen sharing which with help you investigate and fix the issue. Here’s how to reach team:

  1. Click Help at the top. 
  2. Select Contact us. 
  3. Provide a brief description about your concern. 
  4. Click Lets’ talk. 
  5. Select Get a callback. 

For the meantime, you can download the missing transactions through WebConnect.
