Hi all,
Is anyone else on the new version of QBO? (apparently it's for all new accounts from March 2020)
I have 2 other accounts with QBO and they look a little different, but work better.
In the new version, when I try to resize the columns in Banking, or add columns, they don't stay in place, they revert back to default when I go to another page.
Spoke with Support but they couldn't help :(
Hi Michelle24,
The new Banking design includes a range of new features including the ability to edit the dates of bank transactions, updated clarity on tab names, overall faster page responsiveness/load time and simplified batch actions. At this time, if you are editing the actual view of the page (eg adding a Payee column or so on) this will only display while you remain on the Banking tab and will revert back to 'standard' if you leave the page. However, I can certainly see how saving a customised view of the page would be helpful and would be more than happy to pass this on for consideration in a future product update. If you have further feedback for product improvement ideas and any product concerns to help us improve your experience while using QuickBooks Online, please feel free to go to the Settings icon in your QuickBooks Online and click Feedback; we take all insights from our customers on board when working to update the product!

Thanks for your response Kass. Hopefully you'll update this soon as the new version is not user friendly :(
