comm bank auto feed not getting updated from 20.10.2025
I've got you covered, @super for minor.
We can perform some basic banking troubleshooting steps that can help resolve a bank feed that isn't updating.
The first step is to check your bank's connection status. Make sure that it is indicated as Green. But if it's Red, there is an existing issue with your bank and you might need to connect to their support. You can find it in this article: The QuickBooks Online bank connection status page.
You can also review the updated lists of financial institutions that choose to stop supporting bank feeds and see if your bank is one of them.
If these situations aren't the reasons, you can click the Refresh button in your bank feeds because some banks require refreshing for additional authentication. If you see one, follow the on-screen steps to continue the update.
If the issue persists, I recommend checking your bank account's website to ensure you're using the correct URL QuickBooks uses to link your financial institution. You can also confirm it here if there's an existing bank feed error between your bank and QuickBooks, and the time frame or resolution to fix it.
Once you see some changes in your bank details, update the information in QuickBooks. Here's how:

In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading your Comm bank transactions from 20.10.2025 so you can proceed to your daily banking tasks.
