Firstly, this message you’re encountering appears due to one of the following reasons:
- A reconciled transaction was edited or moved to another account.
- A previously reconciled transaction was manually unreconciled.
- A transaction from a previous period was accidentally deleted.
Since these issues are linked to changes in your account history, we can review your Audit Log to pinpoint what specific changes happened that caused the discrepancy. To do so, here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Audit log.
- Filter the Audit log on its correct date range and Events.
