I have recently started to use Quickbooks with Bank west, when i was asked to provide my log in details Bank west informed me that thise details should not be used to link a bank Account. i would be in breach of my contract and possible would not have a loss quarantee if money is taken out of my account. how do i link a Bank West Account without providing my log in details?

In QuickBooks Online our top priority is protecting your financial information. Once you connect your bank account, QuickBooks Online only reads and downloads the available bank transactions in your online banking. Your internet banking details are encrypted and secured so that no one is able to view or access them.
You have the option to connect your online banking or manually create a bank account and then import your bank feeds using a CSV file format.
Also, you can check the articles below to learn more about online banking connections in QuickBooks Online.

You can't. Search the forums and you'll see. If you do it you lose your "no loss fraud guarantee" for any BankWest accounts you have. Quickbooks will not offer the same guarantee either.
