If you have an issue with your bank credential information, you can contact your bank. Just to clarify, are you attempting to delete a bank account from QuickBooks Online? If so, you can simply disconnect the account. Before doing so, please ensure that there's no pending transaction under the For Review tab. I'll show you how.
