I have completed paperwork for Direct Feeds which have been approved by my bank, but my bank accounts are not showing in Banking. How do I add them?

I have completed paperwork for Direct Feeds which have been approved by my bank, but my bank accounts are not showing in Banking. How do I add them?

Hi BGEA,

 

It's good to hear you were able to submit the paper works for your Macquarie Direct feeds connection. Can I ask if you have sent the CAF form to Intuit SISS email address or mailing address? 

 

Furthermore, the direct feeds enrollment needs to be done first in QBO Bank transactions page and print the CAF form from there after you have entered your details.

 

To check the status of your application:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transaction.
  2. Select the Direct feed account shown within the Bank and Cards page.

Also, you'll have to make sure your Macquarie bank meets the following criteria below to successfully connect in QBO.

 

  1. Macquarie bank account has an account number of 9 digits.
  2. The supported account types are cash management accounts (starting with 1 or 9) and business/trust accounts (starting with 2 or 3).
     

If your bank account does not have 9 digits and/or is not one of the above-mentioned account types, this means that it is not a supported account type for direct feed. You can continue connecting your Macquarie bank using Standard feeds connection. You can consider importing the transactions via our CSV file upload process or enter them manually into QuickBooks.
