We're unable to automatically delete an account in QuickBooks Online, this is to give time to customers to retrieve and download their data. If you'll not use the account, you can cancel the subscription using the steps below.
Cancelled accounts is good as read only access file and system will perform account deletion based on the date placed.
Furthermore, if you wanted to request to delete your data. You can log in to Intuit Account manager site. Here's how:

It's sad to see you go and not continue your QuickBooks Online subscription. Let me provide you with the steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online account.
After cancelling your QuickBooks Payroll subscription, your data will remain available in read-only access for 12 months from the cancellation date, as long as you log in once every few months.
I recommend exporting list and report for back up purposes prior to cancelling the account for data keeping purposes.
